What I want to know are the particulars surrounding this '12 billion dollar interest bill'. ie. for a start who's getting it?

"...this year alone meant an interest bill of $12 billion or 'about the same as we spend on higher education'."

    http://www.smh.com.au/federal-politics/political-news/nothing-is-free-joe-hockey-warns-of-budget-pain-with-pensions-in-the-firing-line-20140423-zqyaq.html

And secondly, from Joe Hockey's comments he sounds like he has a simple mind when we clearly need wiser men dealing with such matters. ie. Why do Australians allow such unqualified people controlling our country...our current political system is so inadequate!

This game of the pendulum going back and forward with our parties is so tiring, monotonous and archaic. A better way needs to evolve to implement positive ideas and growth. We need a better and more balanced group of wise elders guiding Australia else we will deteriorate into a cesspit, worse than any third world country. Is this what we want?

What is missing in this country and has been for at least the last thirty years is a thing called INCENTIVE, INCENTIVE, INCENTIVE!
Perhaps Joe and his merry band of sailors can put that in their war pipe with jet fuel and smoke it!

People: So you're gona take food out of poor people's mouths and increase their health & living costs. That doesn't seem fair.

Abbott: But hey, you're getting money for an airstrip in Badger's Ck to land our F-35 flashy jets on and some upgraded roads to get our defense force quickly from defense bases to the airstrip so what are you whinging about people....

People: Ahhh...but who do we need defending from Tony?

    Abbott:...ooops.

People: Tony I'm sure you won't have a good answer for that.

Abbott: No...it's terrorism silly, at least that's what the memo from the US told me to keep saying. Ohhh, how could I forget that word they've planted into heads for the last 20yrs. HahHAha

People:But Tony, if all the australian people get sick and die, why do we need to worry about superficial things like the military, airports & roads?

Abbott: Have you been reading my other internal memos on depopulation?

Dr Abbott poised to butcher health system
Australia’s globally envied public health system is about to be strapped onto the Abbott government’s operating table and endure the razor gang’s knife. It will emerge slimmer and on life support.

Amid the hundreds of pages of Abbott’s first federal budget on May 13 will be the wilful steps to undermine the twin pillars of public health infrastructure, Medicare and Medibank, that three generations of Australians have been blessed to enjoy.

    Contempt, Arrogance or Ignorance?

On 17/3 Tony Abbott in response to the march said "My understanding is that the only big rally in Sydney today is the St Patrick's Day rally".

So what, is he telling us he didn't know about the Australia wide marches over the previous w/e, 50,000+, and if so, do we want such an out of touch representative of the people in the top job?

If he did know, why didn't he acknowledge the marches and his people, so to speak?

    Is he in denial?

Does he share Herald Sun journo Andrew Bolt's view that people in the marches were Barbarians? (AB blog 16/3)

Or is Abbott (now a ruler, in his own mind) exhibiting contempt, arrogance or Ignorance toward the people of Australia?

Solution: All Tony had to do, and can still do, is acknowledge and take seriously the people who marched, sincerely requesting their concerns be brought to him, via representatives or in writing, where he will earnestly consider such issues.

If not, the revolt against Tony and the archaic and abusive political structure is just warming up.

Unfortunately, with most of our politicians, it's all a bit of a freak show lacking common sense and being out of touch with reality. From the moment they are elected in, they may start with ideals and as an agent of the people, however, the nature of the institution and the trappings of public life feeds the ego, and it all just becomes about money, power and a 'cock n bull' show. A few years later if not re-elected, they leave with their fat n juicy pensions and perks, and live a good life, all for doing what? Did they really make a positive difference?

So people of Australia and anywhere in the world really, politics is a bullshit game full of trickery and with a newer generation of aware and enlightened souls emerging on the planet, it may well be that we don't need this political bureaucracy anymore, with it's tentacles harming people more than it helps. Maybe it's time to say farewell to such draconian and nonsense systems. Perhaps we could all then focus on the real important issues that confront each and every one of us on a daily basis.

Btw. Love the Don't play with Tony Abbott vid.
