Does Parliament House (PH) on Australian land belong to Australians or foreign interests without permission from the Australian people??
If not, this maybe considered as Trespass and Notice is given to such foreign trespassers to leave and abandon PH. If not, the PH property maybe reclaimed, even brought to the ground by the people using the Walls of Jericho technique where 10,000+ people walk around PH until the walls/structure fall down. A new building can then be erected on behalf of the Australian people, if one is needed at all!
