Yep been there too as my ex accused me of harrasment ( actually arrived for court prescribed contact as per the order) 10 hours in a police cell 4 court appearences later to be told "you have no case to answer Daveyone!" and to date I have never had a criminal record
My conclusion from this is that the law for what it's worth sees the mother as civil and Fathers as criminal so they really don't like Dads!!
