You have to be disappointed in our so called civilised society such things are happening I also touched on this in the previous thread and suggested Parental responsability is the key for childrn till they are 16 but it is easier said then done as kids today seem to feel they can do as they like and this is media inspired so it makes the job of parent doubley hard seperated or otherwise!
