I'd like to start this list off by naming CAROLINE COUNSEL and her 'gold mining' business' "Counsel Family Lawyers", a multibillion dollar fleecing conglomerate.
Not only has this woman and her racketeering business looted millions of dollars from innocent victims, she no-doubt has ruined thousands of families, and the lives of children, in the process.
In one case, by supporting an incestuous mother and her paedophile boyfriends, the child she was supposedly independantly representing, has had his life ruined.
She even had the audacity to state on radio recently, in a discussion with Bryant regarding the recent FREEMAN tragedy, that family lawyers could be regarded as 'healers'. What a joke.
Because of her excellent and unflinching job as arse-licker to the government agenda of distroying families, I would like to nominate her for the "TONGUE AWARD"

WHO’S WHO ON THE REACH BOARD
Name: Caroline Counsel
Title and role on the Reach Board: Board Member, Chair of Remuneration Sub Committee
How did you become involved with Reach? My brother gave legal advice to Jim and Paul when they first started the organisation and so my family have been involved with Reach in one form or another since its inception. Geoff Harris introduced me as a potential board member and knowing and loving the work as much as I did, I could not wait to be involved.
What do you feel you bring to the board, and to Reach? As a Family Lawyer I see the devastaion that dysfunctional families and parental seperation wrecks on the lives of children. I represent. As a Family Lawyer I see the devastation that dysfunctional families and parental seperation wrecks on the lives of children. I represent many of Victoria's children as a Child Representative in the worst family law cases on record. My inspiration was to contribute in any way possible to a community where harm is minimised. reach not only minimises harm, it works on prevention.
Can you tell us about one of your most memorable Reach experiences?Without a shadow of a doubt it was the Reach Lockout. I still wear my T-shirt and beanie with as much enthusiasm as the day we were released from Pentridge Prison. I still maintain that close connection with everyone else who shared that experience. I know that the feeling of connection will be with me until my last breath. It was truly the most inspiring experience touched by the creative genius of Jim and Paul.
Tell us about some of the most personally significant roles/jobs you have been involved in in your career?Partner of three law firms including my own - Caroline Counsel Family Lawyers.
I sit on the bench at VCAT hearing matters relating to the discipline of Victorian Lawyers. I hold an appointment to the Council of Legal Education. I have chaired the Family Law Section of the Law Institute of Victoria, Children & Youth Issues, Justice Committee of Victorian Women Lawyers, the Property & Maintenance Committee and am presently Chair of the Future Focus Committee of the Law Institute of Victoria. I sit on the Board and am a member of the Executive of the Law Institute of Victoria. The most rewarding work i am doing is heading the Collaborative Law Practice Group of Victoria. Law is a relatively new phenomenon to Australia. It is a completely different form of dispute resolution which requires two lawyers representing two parties to sign a contract never to take their clients to court but to work as a team to find the best solution for those clients.
What education/qualifications do you have?LLB, BA, Accredited Family Law Specialist
What's brought you to where you are today?Hard work, passion and the ability to laugh at myself
What rules or beliefs do you live by? What's important in your life?I enjoy the here and now - that is the simple belief i adhere to. Heaven is happening right now.
What are your hobbies? What do you like to do in your spare/free time?Skiiing, dining out, horse racing (not me personally - just like attending)
And last but not least a favourite here at Reach...What colour underwear are you wearing right now?Bright blue - my favourite colour and it matches my bra! In case I am in an accident I want the ambulance officers to enjoy something as they are cutting off my clothing...
