CONVICTED pedophile Kenneth Tillman has been banned from seeing his grandchildren, leaving his house after 9pm and even changing his hair for the next five year
The strict terms are set out in a supervision order extended by a Sydney court today.
Tillman, 46, was released from prison three weeks ago after completing a 10-year sentence for raping a nine-year-old girl.
He has previously been jailed a number of times for sex offences.
After his release from Long Bay prison he was given an interim order to wear a monitoring device and to abide by a 9pm to 6am curfew, among other requirements.
In the New South Wales Supreme Court on Friday, Justice Peter Johnson directed the supervision order be extended to five years.
During that time he must abide by 36 conditions, including that he wear the monitoring device and observe the curfew.
He must not be in contact with any children under the age of 16 - including his own grandchildren - or go to places where children might congregate.
The court also ordered that he must report all his movements, undergo regular drug and alcohol testing and not change his hairstyle or shave his beard.
Tillman was due for release in November last year but the NSW Government intervened, using laws to keep him in prison after he refused to undergo rehabilitation.
He was released last month after completing a rehabilitation program.
Tillman did not say anything in court on Friday and was driven away from the carpark underneath the courthouse without stopping to answer questions.
