TO: THEIR ROYAL HIGHNESS'S THE DUKE & DUCHESS OF CAMBRIDGE
Laws that emerge from the UK 125 Years ago are still active and badly affect Children and Families throughout the Commonwealth and beyond. The government(s) works for and is paid a wage/salary by the people who employ the Government(s) to do a job on our behalf. We demand that our common law be acknowledged and respected.Departments such as CSA Social Services and the family courts have destroyed the lives of too many families at the cost of too many lives. The same families that pay for your existence. We the people of Great Britain request the British Government to dismantle CSA and the family courts and start fresh.
Why is this important?
The secret Family Courts are bias and put finance ahead of a child's best interest, whilst ignoring caring Parents. Social Services often put children into irreversible care and ignore Grandparents or other extended family members who could help when parents are in crisis.CSA Child Support disproportionally puts too many constraints on one parent more often the Father, whilst expecting that parent to provide for 2 households after separation and leaving no recourse when the alternative parent' more often the mother' withholds and alienates the child against the parent for ransom. The whole system magnifies adversarial behaviour as it is rewarding for the Legal Professionals! CLICK ON LINK BELOW TO SIGN PETITION

The Family court which has no real jurisdiction has took the side of my ex wife through CAFCASS, whereby the court used probability of harm as a means to defy equal human rights.
the system is extreme bias, and ignorant of family values established long before government or courts existed.
the courts now believe they have total authority over every man woman and offspring,
message toward Family. Children and the Commonwealth
whilst not straying in to political areas, so I recommend we
write letters in the same vein explaining how Family Law
and Child Welfare undermines families and their children
throughout the Commonwealth!
