This may help you
You must have a No Entry sign displayed at the entry of your property.

Letter from Len
Hi Friends’ yes it heating up in Southern Tasmania with the Clarence City Council ordering a Contractor ( CCC ) to enter Michael Figgs private property. On asking them to leave, he contacted CCC & in due course Council KGB & Tas Police arrived. Their claim is that Michael cannot stop nor restrict their entry to his property, even though he has signage stating they cannot enter without his given permission.

Is there any help we collective can furnish as the incident is still in a stand off position. Len

Hi Len
Take your pick. Remember the Tasmanian Police work for the Private Company Tasmanian Government and have NO Authority to stop and detain let alone Trespass. (This applies in all States) In FACT they thugs in uniforms, employed by private companies … in simple terms (PIGS).
Print, study, and learn the attachments and have several copies always ready should anyone pretending to be “government” enter your property .

Yep, without prior NOTICE given or lawful authority, CONSENT is implied to pass onto ones property until REVOKED, through giving NOTICE, upon which one must vacate forthwith without question. Questions must arise however as to what constitutes lawful authority and at what point can it be invoked, if at all, unless harm or theft by the occupant has been proven?
