Title IV-D & E of the Social Security Act has devastated families since it was enacted by President Lyndon B. Johnson in 1964. It has not solved our countries poverty problems. It has only created a bigger one by taking away one carring and loving parent from the lives of children and has actually made a class of second class citizens we all know as Non-Custodial Parents.

I have to post using my middle name because I have an active case where they've already held me in contempt of court. Our newborn daughter was stolen at birth over the mental illness myth and crystal ball method of future risk. I've studied psychiatry at length and know it's all bunk.. voted on checklists of behavior to create illnesses and boost the profits of the psychiatric industry and pharmaceutical companies. We never got to take her home. Then we discovered the bonuses provided under Title-IV-E. We spoke out. They now have my daughter's father in prison as well as contempt of court on us. This HAS to end. We have the right to not believe in what the government wants us to and it should never cost us our wanted babies trafficked to others because we don't.

Enough is enough! This unconstitutional, unlawful, and immoral act has ruined the lives of millions of families and children and is responsible for the countless deaths of many of them who just could not endure the cruel and unusual punishment of being separated from their beloved biological family members. It is responsible for the suicides of countless thousands of fathers, mothers, and innocent children, and grandmothers/fathers for nothing more than the unjust enrichment of corporate entities and their employees.
Defund The Adoptions and Safe Families act or better yet ABOLISH IT!
Restore the inalienable rights of millions of innocent mothers and fathers and bring their babies home. These are God given, natural rights of man/ woman and no corporation has any right to take those unalienable rights away. They are guaranteed to us in our United States Constitution.

State governments are trampling on constitutional rights every day in family court. And it starts with this legislation as the backbone for them doing it. It's time to step in and stop taking away a parents right to parent their child.

I support equal shared parenting. A mother and a father are the two most important people in a child's life. The default should not be one parent is a visitor jumping through hoops while the other parent has primary custody and dictates everything. The child is not winning here. So sad.

The way fathers are treated in New York is just wrong. We are treated as walking banks/atm machines for the convenience of our ex wife. The excuse is that the children need the same level of standard of living at Mom’s house as Dad’s. However if you take away from dad to give to mom then the resource is gone, and in many case the amount of money taken from the noncustodial parent leaves them impoverished. This is not fair for the children or the noncustodial parent. NY also sides with mom over Dad, their excuse dads aren’t as capable as moms when it comes to raising children. Yet in NY eyes we are an unlimited source of income. Never mind that mom refuses to get a full time job or tries to pick the kids up on time from school(leaving them there for an hour every day after school). Yet somehow the New York Family court system has no Problem with it.

When they don't listen to the kids who have a right to be safe and feel safe that's a problem. I was punished for protecting. Lost my child. The judge said I was not cooperating with reunification therapy judge dismissed 2 therapist then appoints one he wants us to use which i say I cant afford and provide names of ones I found I can afford, after child 11 refused visits with bio father after 2 years of court ordered visits, her therapist filled a CPS report against father for reasons child said she didn't feel safe going. Judge then gave full custody to father no contact with mother for 90 days , no contact with siblings grandparents friends, placed her 200 miles away from her home with mom of 11 years, now I get 4 hours a week supervised visitation with her and 2 phone caalls per week which is costing me 3xs what the reunification therapy would have. My rights my daughter's rights have been violated. How is there no oversite on family courts making sure the best interest of the children are being the first and foremost consideration. I am all for 50/50 as long as the children are in a safe and happy. In my county mothers are losing their children so it's not just fathers who are alienated.

Our daughters were unlawfully seized initiated by standing my ground in homeschooling now are sustaining horrific injuries in foster settings.Cps is extorting us as bilogical parents specifically for title 4d&e SS act.Cps commited fraudulent misappropriation of federal funding,mail Fraud perjury denied due process,Humanity rights violations, Constitutional rights violations.Ourdaughters were bitten by a dog burned double vaccinated. Both girls have sustained nearly two hundred horrific injuries sustained in foster settings.

These famiky situations are being unfairly put upon the loving parent are in most cases but not all. Instead of being best for the pockets should be fair for the child and in the child's best interest....and not PERCEIVED TO BE IN THE CHILD'S BEST INTEREST AS STATED BY HITLER.

No wrongdoing found, parents just previously exonerated deemed as fit parents. We are IN desperate need of advocacy, it's been 16 months, we want to expose this and enforce Buchanan and family preservation to reunify immediately, dcpp trying to force adoption secretly and terminate our rights, even after IAC never filed appeal and parents no wrong doing and fully compliant. Hearsay from vindictive family member, altered memos from originality, we need advocacy soon. We have photographed nearly two hundred horrificinjuries sustained,chronological detailed log since unlawful removal, audio recordings.dog bite, burns, cracked and bleeding in Peri area,open wounds, blacked eyes, infections, psychotropic medication without my consent being given to a kindergartener.,teeth knocked out, now stitches in her face centimeters from her eye. Please help our family find advocacy and justice

I went to court to ask for a continuation cause i just lost my grandmother and needed more time for a lawyer my ex and his lies of abuse put me on supervised visitations that haven't been upheld on A regular basis yet; I can't call without being ignored or hung up on. I miss my baby boys so much. There should be a law against this! He was mentally,finacially,emotionally and physically abusive to me out entire relationship and he told me if I left he would make sure I'd never see my kids and it worked. :( thanks Missouri!
