The only true and lasting answer to Depression is spiritual awakening, not down a zombie path of drugs and medication like so many lost souls turning to the medical and pharmaceutical industry for help.

So really, what is your story of depression?

  • Loss of love & loved ones?
  • Loss of materialistic belongings?
  • Loss of everything you've worked for all your life?
  • Loss of money & assets?
  • A feeling of flatness?
  • Can't get motivated?
  • Inability to function in certain aspects of everyday life?
  • A disparity or lack of power and control?
  • Greater sense of retardation than advancement?
  • Our external world is not as we imagined or hoped for?
  • Life is often too hard and unwinnable containing events and people that have a negative effect upon us?
  • Where our ego or false self is never fulfilled through wanting?
  • Isolation or feeling of not belonging?
  • Where we think our mind and body is what we are?
  • Where our addictions control our form, emotions and behaviour?

Answers

  1. When was the last time you were truly grateful for something or someone?
  2. Can you get into a place of now?
  3. Can you quiet your mind from racing thoughts and what you have perceptibly lost or can't gain outside of your mind & body?
  4. Can you feel lucky to be here, having clean air and being able to breathe it in and out?
  5. Can you fully believe you have everything you possibly want or need within you, save some simple nutritional food, water and warmth to keep the human body alive?

For when you realise you have everything and lost nothing, the pain and suffering ceases and so does the depression just like magic.

Never chuck in the towel to depression, every day is a NEW DAY with NEW POSSIBILITIES!
