With all due respect to the Australian people, it seems we exist in an absolute state of confusion and mess when it comes to law, rights and rightful ownership of assets and resources.
It appears to me that the system of law is an elitist rabbit warren of confusion so that nothing of substance is ever achieved and if one wants to get results, it does become necessary to perhaps hire a BAR lawyer to achieve an outcome to an issue, within the BAR courts.
At approximately $500 per hour, this is not feasible for most, who then spend their life ‘wounded’ in some way.
In a recent foreclosure case, that many of us worked for 2 years on, and presented fact after fact of bank corruption, it was ruled against the self litigant and in favour of the bank, thus rendering the court system to be a useless parasite in our community, greatly contributing to hardship, disenfranchisement and blatant fraud and tyranny.
So let me pose some questions, so that we might make headway.
1) The Constitution was never ratified by the people – so why do we consider it a ‘living’ document with any power whatsoever?
2) The Constitution was created by a small group of white men, so why do we consider it to be representative for the Australian population?
3) The Constitution assumes to have superior jurisdiction over Indigenous people and yet Colonialism has a 200 year history of slaughtering, kidnapping and disenfranchising Indigenous community. How can this be justified?
4) If Indigenous people assert their first and superior law, they are beaten and thrown in jail. Why should these people consider themselves subjected to white man’s law?
5) The BAR legal system is a private society, so why should we assume to be bound by a private rule book that violates many Maxims of Law just to exist in the first place – e.g.: Privity of Contract – if this Maxim was not sleeping, the entire financial structure would need to collapse immediately?
6) Bank of London last year gazetted that all money is Fountain Pen money – i.e. created at the end of a keyboard, this violates all Maxims of Contract Law, so why is this acceptable?
7) We are all in debt to money that is ‘made from thin air’, or I prefer to say "from the monetisation of our energy" UCC docs available for viewing, so how does this not constitute gross fraud and blatant slavery? Criminal Code 270.
8) The Australian government is a private, foreign corporation, registered on the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington DC. How is this substantiated as authentic government?
9) The Constitution does not provide for a Prime Minister – so who is Tony Abbott?
10) What really happened in 1975 and why were the Australian people not consulted nor given the vote on this matter? And therefore how is it lawful or have any valid jurisdiction?
11) Why does the birth certificate – the first ‘contract’ in life, have ZERO transparency attached to it?
12) How can the Birth certificate, exchange ‘Power of Attorney’ for ‘benefits’ and not explain this, nor provide a choice to the people, thus rendering them as slaves/cargo from the moment they are ‘berthed’ into citizen’ship’?
13) How can the Australian government – an alleged public servant, allege to ‘own a public resource like Telstra – built by the people, for the people, and thus sell it back to the people, therefore creating an elitist ownership of a public resource, i.e. those who had money at the time could take up the offer, whilst those who did not, could not? Thus driving everyone’s phone bill up by creating a need to service a dividend structure, making the Australian people subject to the private rules of a private corporation and inviting a ridiculous expense of a CEO who is paid $19 million?
14) Why is the Supreme Court an administrative court, and only the High Court is a Constitutional court, despite the Constitution never being ratified and if the High Court believes it will be out witted, the clerks at the filing desk refuse to file the papers for important cases, thus making justice unavailable?
15) Why when I call the Supreme Court and ask it what jurisdiction it is operating under, I am told, ‘I am unable to answer that question', thus proving ZERO transparency and an elitist, private, hidden structure?
16) Why is the court system an absolute rabbit warren of mess and expense, thus making justice unavailable?
17) How do banks get the right to write their own set of rules in their “Loan Memorandums”, thus rendering every loan ‘individual’ based on prevailing circumstances, thus inviting an messy and expensive journey through the court system?
18) How does the current system allege Allodial title, foreclosing on people’s homes, when it knows full well that this is fraud and the Indigenous people have Allodial title?
19) Where is the treaty between white colonialism and the indigenous people? We know there isn’t one, but how is this acceptable?
20) How do the players of this private system – lawyers, judges etc, get up every day and do their business, having taken an oath to a private fraternity and pretending it’s a people’s law?
These are just some of the very serious questions that need to be addressed so that Australia can cease to be this ‘dumbed down’ mess. It is a melting pot of ignorance and confusion, thus perpetuating the current system of extremes of rich and poor, and gross failures of justice.
If you could be in touch that would be very much appreciated and I suggest we consider setting up an open and public forum to achieve clarity on these matters. I note that the TV forum of Q & A, whilst it provides public interaction, it never gets to the heart of matters, because it never achieves the basis of where the jurisdiction originated from, or the fact that all this mess exists in a private system of law and well outside of natural law.
