All demands made upon YOU by the State or any Corporation, without a bona fide contract having been formed, are to be IGNORED!

All Tolls, Fines (Parking, Speeding, Butts out the window, Picking your nose) or any other State or Corporate based demands are simply Offers of Contract. An adhesion contract where you can take or leave it. There is no lawful wrong, crime or penalty associated with it. You can be sure if there was, they would haul your ass before a public court in no time flat.

There is NO requirement to:

a) Contact them; respond, argue or defend and justify anything to them in any way;
b) Request PROOF OF CLAIM;
c) Elect and/or attend court; or
d) Partake in fraud.

There is certainly no dishonour in IGNORING such rubbish demands. To the contrary, one probably has an inherent duty to do so.

There is NO CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT nor OBLIGATION for PERFORMANCE, whether by payment or action, so be careful not to ENTER one and become the SURETY.

"He that is surety for a stranger shall smart for it: and he that hateth suretiship is sure." -- Proverbs 11:15 (KJV). A stranger can be the fiction or State name/trust/bond set up at birth ie. JOHN CITIZEN. So be SURE and do not unintentionally become the SURETY and take the fall. The flesh and blood man's family name and the corporate name, whilst sounding and spelled similar, are not the same.

ONLY when you do a) to c) above, do you increase your chances of entering into a contract and assuming liability through the giving of evidence and becoming the surety for any adhesion contract [non bona fide claim or offer of contract].

An analogy in fishing terms is where a fisherman [State Agent] casts a worm or bait on a hook into the ocean to see what bites. As a fisherman, you don't always care what nibbles and bites, or the name/type of the fish, but just the fact that something has so you can reel it in, see what you've caught and hopefully be delighted, enjoying the fruits of your labour, be rewarded and able to feed your family [State].

Rest assured that any legitimate claim for ANYTHING will be made via personal service.

If you wish to contract be clear about the reasons. Do you want to learn, have some fun or attempt to earn some extra pennies by forwarding your Terms + Charges (Fee Schedule) up front? Ensure your fees are comparatively higher which will usually dissuade them from any further attempts to contract and correspondence, or if they do decide to contract, settle privately deducting their fees from yours. A monetary transaction is all it is. No refusal to pay, no dishonour no court, matter closed.

If you have entered into a Contract:

1) with another man, you must remain in honour; be true to your word and abide by any agreement made performing your side of the bargain.

or

2) as the Trustee, Administrator, Beneficiary, Representative and Executor for the crown setup and owned Corporate Name JOHN CITIZEN you can choose to either contract with another Corporation or not, remembering that if you do, you can become liable as the surety for this account. As a reminder though, your soul is not automatically the Surety.
