A Victorian senator has also spoken up about the problems with the Family Law Act – removal of friendly parenting provisions, false allegations and systematic bias against fathers. Are people listening? Are people willing to help change the system?

A good point to remember is the underlying premise from many a practising legal's perspective is that it's all about them. You are not important, never have been and never will be, save of course for your assets and how much they can milk you or the system dry!
Decoding "Justice" as in the legal system, Bar and Law Society simply means:
"JUST - US"
That's right, youre not included in their cosy little club!
With the above in mind, when you hear lawyers sound concerned about people not getting access to justice because of high costs etc, it's often hard to discern between their genuine concern for a vulnerable person getting a 'fair go' or the fact that they aren't getting the quantum of clients and remuneration they believe they are entitled to.
Maybe if more people understood the real Rule of Law, and the legal system also kept due process simple with greater avenues of redemption, life would be far simpler and prosperous for us all. However, all lawyers like spinning their web of mystery and magic complexing litigation where possible, as this is how they derive their hopefully large profits.
One always wonders how impregnated the legal culture is with greed giving rise to the many inadequacies in this industry we see today?
It maybe a tall order for some, however I believe for the good of humanity we should always aim for simplicity, fairness and equity for all using our heart and good common sense.
