Leaders of 5 nations eliminated. All had one thing in common.

Ambrose Dlamini, Prime Minister of Swaziland (Eswatini), aged 52 died 13 December 2020 having recently been receiving treatment for Covid-19.

John Magufuli, President of Tanzania, aged 61 died 17 March 2021 of heart complications.
Hamed Bakayoko, Prime Minister of Ivory Coast, aged 61 died 17 March 2021 of who was receiving treatment for cancer. Appointed July 2020 following the sudden death of his predecessor Amadou Gon Coulibaly.

Pierre Nkurunziza, President of Burundi, aged 55 died 7 June 2021 of a heart attack.

Jovenel Moïse, President of Haiti, aged 53 was assassinated 7 July 2021.
